How many halls...

How many halls did you look at, before you found 'THE ONE'?

I feel like i'm being super picky. I Dont want to look at every hall on long island, but I want to love the place and just can't seem to find it. :(

just one!

i did a TON of research online (i can't even tell you how many 'bride's review' posts i read ) which helped me out in the end. there were really only 2 i wanted to look at- vineyard caterers and old field club. we went to the vineyards first and fell in love with the place and the people. when we got home, FH wanted to book, but I thought i might still want to look at OFC. but when we looked at pricing, i knew there was no way we could swing OFC, so i didn't even go look. i called the vineyards and said 'save my date!'

i actually had a few days of buyer's remorse, but when i went back to sign the paperwork, it disappeared. once i walked in again, i knew i made the right choice.

Only 3.....but we knew right away at the 2nd. We went to the third just to be nice and hold our appointment.....

I've been to 11 weddings at all different places, so thats how we chose lol. We didn't want to have our wedding at the same place as our friends, and quite frankly, none of the RH's stood out for us... We have never been to the Crest Hollow, and the moment we walked in, we were sold!

Two. Just CLM and Bridgeview. But I knew just from the website I wanted Bridgeview and I just didn't want to say I booked the only place I saw LOL

We only looked at one! But we have been to others for occasions, so we narrowed alot down beofre we even went looking.

I didnt really go to any other ones. We knew where we wanted to have it..

Plus my Ex used to work with a wedding band so I got to see every room and every RH on Long Island, NYC and NJ LoL

I went to 2 halls- Chateau La Mer and Crest Hollow Country Club. I instantly fell in love with CHCC and was tired of looking at halls so I decided to book.
