I also met a girl who is marrying a Joe and is inviting the other 9 who are very good friends of her Fiance to the wedding. She says she has hard time with the invites and the sitting charts cause there are too many Joes to keep track of.
I was aware Joe was such a popular name!

Joseph is pretty popular in Italian families, I have noticed.
My best friend's wedding had a good number of Joseph's, Michael's and Maria's. She even went as far as having two young women both named Giuseppa. A LOT of name doubles there.

Between the Joe's and John's I know, I can create a small nation!
Everyone in my family is John Anthony or John Joseph or Joseph John ... DH & I have tons of John/Joe friends too. We call everyone by their last name more of the time or their first/middle name or their nickname - Like my brother is always Johnny and my brother in law is always Joseph whereas my friend is always John Paul. It helps a little.

and on another note but related sort of.
What with couples naming their kids the same name?
Such as Kid # 1 is Anthony Joseph and kid # 2 is Joseph Anthony or Kid #1 is Brian Michael and kid #2 is Michael Brian.

There are a lot of Franks and Pauls in DH's family...So all the guys in the bridal party were named Frank or paul..the only one with his own was my brother...LOL...
