Never heard the term juice bag, good one. I guess you're referring to the juiced up guys with pin heads. Yeh those guys are silly but as jenny5150 said, the people who really bother me are the younger girls who wear little itsy bitsy outfits to match they itsy bitsy brains. Thankfully at the local GYM that I go to - the clientele is pretty normal.

cira--- I used to go to that golds too!! Belonged to bellmore, but sometimes went to GC before work I miss Golds! wish I stayed there instead of this stupid family add on bally thing!!! I get aggravated from them..... just got off the phone to renew but I am going to wait b/c they keep raising it and that gym is so not worth it!

I never joined a gym out here since i've moved here 2 yrs ago. The first 2 winters i was here, i went swimming at a local high school all winter, i LOVE swimming. Then last summer I went to the Y in Huntington for a prenatal water aerobics class, and I plan to go with the baby in 3 months ! Last year I joined jazzercise, since it was very close by, and I stil have 6 weeks left on that. I'll use that up and then probably join Lucille Roberts, it might be more worth the money.
Im not much for one to be cooped up in a gym. In the summer I can swim in my pool right in the backyard, or I can go rollerblading....Swimming rollerblading or aerobics are my biggies...

I go to NYSC, usually the one in Forest Hills. I just went back this week, after a 5-month hiatus. I love the way my body feels after a workout - in fact, I feel my butt tightening up as I type. I have a wedding dress (and a bikini) to fit into.

I go to NYSC in Commack - but my office has a gym also - so I do lunchtime workouts there if I can't make it after work. And I teach an aquatics class for the arthritis foundation 3 times a week, but that doesn't really count as a workout.

I usually use the treadmill which is in the tv room right across from my computer. As I am sitting here typing this and spending like 2 hours a day on the boards I should be on it. It is amazing how time flies on here but when you are working it out it seems forever. When the weather gets warmer I usually walk at the ecology site by my house.

Wierd!!! I used to go to Gold's in Syosset. (awesome gym)
Now I go to NYSC usually on Wall Street. I probably see shamma there and don't even know it!!!
