just curious. for a wedding of approx. 130 people what do you think the max number of people should be in the bridal party?

We're having about 100 guests. Our BP consists of:
1 MOH & 3 Bridesmaids 1 Best man & 3 GMs 1RB 1FG (our daughter) And us of course

i don't think the # of people in your bridal party is supposed to correspond to your # of guests... have fun with it and ask those closest to you.

We are inviting ~250 to the wedding, and our BP has 21 people: 1 MOH, 1 BM, 9 BM's, 9 GM's, and 1 FG

It's all up to you. There is no limit or minimum it's your day and you should have what you want. We have a huge bridal party. One Maid of Honor, One Best Man, 8 couples, 1 jr bridesmaid, 1 jr groomsman, and 2 flowergirls.

I don't think it matters really. DH and I had 7 BM 1 MatOH, 8 GMs and 1 BM, with 2 FG's and 1 RB

I wanted to make my life easy, so I only have my sis as MOH, niece as FG, and hubby has his best man. Total of 5 of us in the BP

We're inviting about 180 ppl, hoping between 140 and 150 come.
I didn't take that into consideration when selecting my BP, t hough.
I have 1 MOH + 6 BMs FH has 1 BM + 6 GMs
