How many work days are you taking off BEFORE the wedding?

The whole week AND the friday before that week..

But thats really because my sisters college graduation is the weekend before the wedding. I would;ve been taking 3 days for that, and then 2 days before the wedding, so I figured I wuld just take the week.

I'm getting married on Friday and I'm taking off that day of course and the day before

weddign is a saturday morning/afternoon.. im def. taking thurs and friday (i live in nj, wedding is in li).. poss. wednesday but i thikn im so far ahead with the little things that it won' tbe necessary

At first I was just thinking Wed-Fri., but I have a feeling that I'll need more.

I took 3 but one was to drive to LI from VA...I think 3 would have been good for me but I was also 'that bride' that was printing out and tying programs all Friday morning before my rehearsal...if you've got everything done I think 2 is enough to unwind

Well being that I'm a teacher I don't have to take any days off since I already have off the week preceding my wedding.

I picked a summer month because I have the summers off. That was a plus for me.

My weddings is on a Sunday and I'm taking off the Thursday and Friday before.

I'm getting married the day after Thanksgiving. I am working a half day on Wednesday and then we have off Thursday because it's Thanksgiving.

Must be nice, I want to sit & rot too.... I'm jealous.

I will be taking 2 days hopefully that will be all I need. My goal is to have mostly everything done by January 1st. This way all I have to concentrate on is paying my vendors...

I am taking 3 days off before the wedding and 2 1/2 weeks off after. For a total of 3 glorious work free weeks!!! And the best part of it is only 2 are vacation time. My job pays me for 5 wedding days. No charge!
