I just saw the topic on how much everyone paid for their reception. How about for florists? What did it include? I'm still looking for one and wanted to have an idea before I get duped somewhere.

It is hard to say, everyone chooses different flowers and arangements. I found that comparing prices for flowers is really difficult. I must say that usually the better quality ones cost more.

I agree. It really depends on what you are going for. At first I planned on doing short CP with sunflowers and daisies and now I'm going tall with orchids - so the pricing is quite different. It also depends on what flowers you are getting in what season - like roses at Valentines Day will be superexpensive, but other times of the year will be reasonable. A good starting point is to post what you are looking for on the Vendors helping Brides board - you will get a bunch of quotes and can do a cost comparison.

i visited burtons and they said we could pick any flower we wanted bc it's all the same price as long as it's in season

i used national wholesale floral in bellmore and tehy were FABULOUS! i was skeptical because of the great price, but Anna was absolutely wonderful. the flowers were more beautiful then i expected and i got the following for just under 1200, including delivery at 2 places: my bouquet 4 bridesmaid bouquets 6 groomsmen BT's 2 dad BT's, ring bearer BT 2 mom corsages 12 centerpieces (tall glass vase, 3 dozen roses, plus stargazer lillies, baby breath and greenery) 2 large pedestal bouquets for ceremony flower girl basket and petals dais decoration petals cake decorating roses
oh, yeah, everythinng was roses (red and white), and there were stargazer lilies in my BQ, the centerpieces, and the pedestal vases.

I am using them to and just saw your pics..I was wondering who your florist was and I'm sooooooo happy now that I see your flowers! There aren't many NFW reviews. You looked gorgeous by the way!
