How much is ur church 'donation' or 'contribution'? Yea know what u have to pay to get married there...
I just found out what our church is and imy jaw hit the ground!!!!

$1000!!!!! Included the organist, soloist, deacon, and on top of that we have to give the priest money too. Whaaaatttt theeee h e l l ????

What's everyone else paying??

The priest won't take any $$ - or at least they shouldn't b/c it's a sacrament. You just tip the altar servers.

yeaaah. That's a lot. Mine is $500 i believe. My church doesn't offer Precana and if I went through the Archdioceses of RVC it would have been $300! Instead I went down the block, literally, and went to another church and am paying $75

$600, plus $200 for the organist (I heard we have to pay her if we use her or not ), plus tip for the alter servers. Pre cana was not bad though, I think about $60.

I think it's $400 total, including $50 for pre-cana but I haven't gotten ANY fee info on it!!!

$300 for church fee, $225 for music, $25 for the sexton, $20 each for the altar servers, and pre cana was $60 through our church but we did one through antoher diocese which was a weekend (shorter) and it cost us $195
