I am feeling insecure for the first time. They downsized from like 150 to 90 while DH and I were on our honeymoon and 5 more people are leaving this friday...
we are a project office so we are all aware that once the project is close to completion we could be sent back to our home office but if your home office has no work for you, you may be laid off.
I can't help worrying since DH and I wanna have soon.

I am so not secure at my job, im a freelance graphic designer! I was at a good full time job in my career, but I just did not see myself going in the path that I was cutting out for myself. I was on a good one but not the right one for me. I figured I'm not married YET, no kids, and a solid savings account to pay for my mortgage for a year so I quit and went the freelance route. I'm on 6-month contract jobs working for a great company and im making a lot more $$. Freelance is a great way to break into a field. They don't have to fully commit to you, but you get to build your resume up.
Also, you girls planning on having babies already obviously don't have nieces and nephews! I add a year to my 'preggo' date every time my siblings have a kid. Babies are nuts (but so cute) hehe

Not secure AT ALL!!
I am a teacher, who has not been tenured. I teach health so something that is always cut. I have been bouncing around for the past 5 years, and I even had to interview for the same part time position for next school year....and its july 12th and I stilllll haven't hear anything (even though they finished all of the interviews next week)
