i took dozens of pictures of my dress during my fittings, i'm sure she must have done the same! she shouldn't blame kenneth pool or kleinfelds for her lack of common sense.
then to make it worse, she didn't want the generous settlement kenneth pool was making

It makes me laugh even harder because I am known for my love of smiley faces. I asked my seamstress to make a small smiley face out of the pearls from my dress near the back of my dress to make it 'mine'.
But this story is just classic!!!!!! How do you miss something in the front and center?!?!?!?!?!

my friend tried on that dress & i saw it immediately and pointed it out to her. i thought i was being silly when i saw it. but the dress IS gorgeous. my friend wound up buying the dress and let me tell you...its stunning! i showed her al this and she was like 'greatttttt!' she said shes going to get it fixed. it is a bit silly why kenneth pool would do that....the designer HAD to have known what he was doing! jackassssss!!!

At first I couldnt believe that she didnt notice it...and blamed it on 'other things' being on her mind, but when I saw the smiley on the dress they had on their website I could not believe she didnt see it!
