HUGE check....and a huge disapointment.

I found my dress!!! I am so excited about it...it's exactly what I said I would end up with, which is exactly what I didn't think I wanted! Strapless, fit and flare, and covered in lace and bling. This for the girl who definitely wanted A-line, with straps, and simple enough to be a regular gown if it were in another color. Go figure!

Unfortunately, the next day I went to see the dress that my sister had picked out MONTHS ago for herself and my BMs in person...and it was AWFUL. Soooo disappointing since all my bridesmaids, and their varied shapes and sizes, really liked it from the wedsite. So now we're back to square one on that front...anyone using Bari Jay? Thoughts on the quality/price?

Congrats on the check! Best feeling isn't it? As for the BM dresses, unfortuntately its tough to decide on a dress that is online or even from the hanger for that matter LOL It's better to try the dresses on b/c what can be flattering on one person may not be on the other. Good luck with your search. I'm dreading mine now LOL

The last three weddings I was at used Bari Jay...super nice! I didn't though since it would be too similar to theirs...went with the Alvina/Lazaro/Hjelm line since you get the options of three designers but same dye lots...Check it out if you haven't. Happy hunting! :)
