I am having second thoughts about my wedding gown.....As you all know I ordered it and it will be coming in the end of Feb.

It is my dream gown...it is a gown I always saw myself in...but now I am having second thoughts about....

The dress is a beautiful ballgown Reem with gorgeous detail work. It is very full in the back with bustles and stuff.....I am 30 (I know I am old) and I feel I will look like a snowman with my big dress and veil (hint; My Big Fat Greek Wedding look). I feel like the dress is not appropriate for my age (should be worn by somebody younger-like in their twenties and not me).....I am very confused.... I am thinking of canceling my order and just wearing a simple dress (I have a second one I was going to change for my afterhours party..it is a simple Monique lace dress..).....

need your opinions ladies.. (sorry for the long post)..

aww... don't feel that way. Your insecure because your 30 and properly expected to be married already. Look forget the 1950s steriotype. Many woman marry at all ages and its found that people who wait have a lower divorse rate. Your a young woman, wear your ballgown with pride. Its your dream dress and you shouldn't let anything stop you!

Im not saying this bc you're my beautiful fellow Polish bride, but bc when I saw you in your gown I was speechless...it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and you will look like a princess! Another fellow Polish Princess!! Keep the dress, its your big day and somehting inside you told you when you bought it that it was the one. I'm going to be 30 on my wedding day too and I bought a dress that is pink and has little flowers all over it. I don't care. Its what I want. Your wedding day should be a fairy tale and your happily ever after, you deserve to not only look but feel like a princess.

BTW... my dress is a ballgown and it's beautiful.... I'm sure your is great as well......

I agree! To my date twin: YOU LOOK GORGEOUS in that dress. 30 is not old and even if it were ... when you still got it, flaunt it.
