I AM SOOOO PISSED-MENS WAREHOUSE

MY FH just got back from picking up his tux and they are COMPLETE MORONS...
1. My FH's Jacket didn't fit
2. a Groomsmans pants didn't fit
3. My mom's boyfriends shoes were crap...

AND...
they didn't get VESTS! They gave them bibs? What the hell is that? Bibs? They had the nerve to say that they told us this...but i know that they didn't since i have never even heard of a friggin bib....

So now we have to go back tomorrow for new stuff...

NEVER GO THERE!

Sh*t I am sorry to hear that. I really hope it works out.

We are using Men's Warehouse too- ironically enough we chose them because we'd heard bad things about After Hours.

Bibs!? Are you eating lobster? That's horrible. I didn't see any bibs when we picked tuxes!

We used them too. I don't remember seeing anything about bibs in the catalog.

Are they the vests that don't have a back, just a strap around the waist?
I hope that's not what wego,I didn't ask if they were full vests.

We went to Plainview, but some are being picked up in Scarsdale.

YES that is what it is....AND certain styles come ONLY as bibs and they are supposed to tell you!
They didn't!

That's who we used and DH's jacket was marked with the wrong size but they had a new one the next day. They also custom made his vest - he would have had to wear a *bib* to get the size he needed ...

When we ordered they told us which came in full vest or bib.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

We used the one in Carle Place and didn't have any major problems except the ordered the wrong cuff links for one tux. But they were able to get the right ones by Sat.

i went through the same thing. if it makes you feel any better, in the end all was 'fine' for us. we had to be on them for 4 days straight, but in the end we got everything we needed (down to the wire, we drove through manhattan to get to long island, if they didn't have it ready we would have been **** out of luck and would have had to enact 'plan B').

my advice to anyone who has booked through them is request to pick up the stuff 2-3 days in advance to pad time for screw ups. make sure to catch anything that needs to be reordered and/or fixed by 6:00 pm as anything after that gets submitted the following day. they state that they can correct things within a 24-48 hour time frame, so keep that in mind.

mistakes happen, however what totally infuriated me about them was that they really didn't care and adopted the attitude 'well, we'll try but can't guarantee anything'...

you have some time, just think of a 'plan B' just in case...

A BIB? I don't get it. Why would they give you BIBS? That will look terrible once the guys all take off their jackets. Ugh. Sorry you have to deal with that so close to your wedding.
