Thanks for thinking of me girls! The dress is in. I will be seeing for the first time tomorrow after I pick up my mother from the airport (she coming in from Florida- for my shower i'm sure ). When I spoke to the owner about what happened, she was polite, but not apologetic. I explained to her that she was not leaving her business in the hands of competant professional people, and she did not agree with me. I started to get worked up again and then decided it was not worth it. As long as when I get there tomorrow the dress is really there and it looks to be in good shape, I cannot stress anymore. No matter what happens tomorrow, I can't stress enough to all of you to spread the word to every women of marrying age that you know to stear clear of Brooklyn Bridal Outlet

so sorry to hear that
I almost cried when they ordered the right veil but wrong length and I had other mishaps like.... second fitting and pins in my dress!!!! like nothing was done
where in brooklyn are you from
I used to live in canarsie and got my dress there but glad to be out!!

no. I got it at lestans but got aggravated at my second fitting. for the most part I had no trouble w/ them. I just said that I got my dress in brooklyn
