Hi! My Fh's cousin is getting married 6 days before us. On x-mas eve, she was telling me how she narrowed down her dress searching to only 2 choices. One of her choices was my dress!! I couldn't believe it! Considering that she equally loved them both, I assumed she would now pick the other one. I found out last nite from my FMIL, that she chose my dress! I am so upset!! :( I don't know what I should do, should I now see if i can change something on my dress? Please help! :)
OMG!! Have your FH talk to her...does she realize that she will miss your wedding if she goes on a honeymoon???
this is unacceptable...
I don't know what to say about the dress...did she see yours first...or is it just a coincidence...
SOmeone needs to talk to the cousin...keeping in mind she is also very excited...

That is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO messed up!!! I am speechless!! Did she know that the dress she chose is your dress?? I would talk to her if I was you I'd talk to her. Especially if you already placed the order for your gown!

THats absolutely shocking that it would be even one of her finalists! I just can't get over how thoughtless people can be! I would talk to her about how upset this is making you, meanwhile, If i were you, I'd probably see if I could change the order with the shop you ordered it from, I know it would be incredibly upsetting but if she refuses to change her order, are you really going to want to wear the same dress?

To me it seems a bit odd to be just a coincidence. There are SO many dresses in the world. I would have your FH talk to her right away!

Summerbride, I would be flipping too, but here are my thoughts. Not everyone of your guests will be at her wedding-the ones that will already no her her, therefore the fact that's she's a selfish as*whole is no surprise to them secondly it is very difficult for people that are ugly on the inside to be truly beautiful on the outside, so of course you will blow her friggin doors off! and finally I'm sure your veil, flowers, jewelry, shoes and everything else will be different-I don't think you should change the dress you love.

I think that is extremely rude of her to pick your dress.Knowing that is the one you picked,she should back off. Can you tell her nicely that you don't want to have the same dress and you already ordered yours weeks ago?

That is so disgusting! It makes me mad she knows you already chose the dress and she picked it anyway. Keep the dress...especially if its YOUR dream dress. I don't think too many people will notice. the dresses may look different once your makeup, hair and headpiece are on. Don't let her have the satisfaction. SHE'S THE ONE WHO SHOULD CHANGE IT!!

Just want to say that this girl has some serious issues. I give you credit because I would have cursed her out, and quite possibly kicked her a-s-s as well. I am not a violent person but her behavior is simply unacceptable and she should be taught a lesson Let us know what happens.
