I don't think I'm going to post here for a while...

Here's the story... or what I know of it anyway. My mother vented to me about some details regarding my shower (which I shouldn't even know about... shouldn't this be a surprise... and a happy/non-stressful one at that?). So my mom is stressed out and, of course, that stressed me out, so I vented about it on here. I don't know who read what but whoever is planning the shower found out that I knew everything and got angry with my mother, rightfully so. But it was my fault for posting everything here, when, clearly, this is a public forum. So now everyone is upset at everyone else and I still don't know why I know about anything in the first place!

But I realized that maybe too much is out in the open here and I have to take a step back. I just want to thank you all because, a year ago I knew none of you and now I have many new friends who've helped me get through some stressful times and who've also been with me through one of the most special times of my life - planning my wedding. Some of you I know outside of this website and most of you I don't, but thank you all for being a friend to me - even if it was just for a short while on a wedding website lol Maybe I'll start posting more when the wedding gets closer just to give you guys some updates and photos. I'll be lurking to see how you're all doing. You're all going to be beautiful brides and I can't wait to see your photos and read about your weddings! You might not see me, but I'll be here

Sorry to hear about all this. I understand your decision, but maybe you can still stay and not reveal personal information. Just post advice and non-wedding stuff. We'd miss you too much if you left completely!!!!

I really think LIW needs to take some measures and make this place more private.

This is ENTIRELY unacceptable. Do a name and avatar change!!! Whoever lurked on your posts and started this trouble, has some nerve. This, to me, has been a really fun part of the wedding. It's great to have other girls to chat with and be all excited for. Don't miss out on that because someone started all kinds of trouble for you!! I have NO idea why someone would do that.

i def agree that you should have to create a log-in so that casual cruisers can't see everything. it's a small deterrent, but helpful nonetheless.
