My fh's bachelor party is the same Saturday night as mine. I found out the what and the where (we have a friend that owns a nice italian rest. in Park Slope...they are closing it down at 10:30 for a 'private party)
anyway, while I would NEVER tell fh anything about the party....I am freaking out just THINKING about some chick touching him all over...
it's so weird b/c for his 30th bday, I didn't care...but I just feel this is going to get RAUNCHIER....
I don't even think he'll do anything...I just HATE my overactive imagination!
I need something to poke out my mind's eye!

Honestly, I don't understand the whole 'strippers are a threat'....but then again, I also don't understand those women who sit there and stay with their man who's cheated on them numerous times, but yet blame the 'other' woman!
i really hope you don't at all!!! Neither did Jess...
But for me it was a variety of personal issues why I got so upset and it wasn't entirely about the stripper issue.

Has your FI gone on any trips with the guys before the two of you were engaged?
I only ask b/c I feel like I'm 'prepared' for FI's bachelor party...he's gone to Vegas, Montreal, New Orleans....while we were dating with his guy friends (two of which are he-whores)...and it never bothered me...Only b/c I knew I wanted to have the 'freedom' of going to South Beach, Miami, Vegas, and some other 'risky' locations that seem to be the source of 'problems' for some couples...

he's MINE...ALL MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't even LOOK over here! LOL- I am nuts, yes...certifiably off the wall!

but back to the question at hand. yes, he's gone to vegas. he goes away to 'firemen's convention' with the same guys who are he-whores. the convention is code for 'go see strippers down the shore'
i never ever ever cared about it before. ever. literally. i said to him before we were engaged 'just don't wear sweatpants when you get a lap dance'
the minute he planned the trip to vegas without telling me the date...it was downhill from there. it was more than strippers. but yes, i'm done with the whole 'i'm a cool girlfriend' thing. i have body issues, i am not 100% secure in myself, i am not ashamed to say it anymore. and i don't think that you need to get a lap dance to 'celebrate' becoming a husband. i just don't anymore. if it makes me 'that girl' so be it!
