ok so i posted earlier today that i was going to pick up my e-pics....well i hate them and i am so upset about it
we took like tons of pics and they give you 45 of those. I really only like a few all of which are us like in the distance.
some i hate bc my hair looks terrible or i think i look fat so that is not a reflection of the photographer. However, theres a lot that we are making funny faces or in the most awkward positions so im trying to figure out why those pics were included in our 45. I guess the rest were soo bad that these were really the best ?!?!?! Otherwise I am not sure why he would include most of the pictures.
now i am torn about what to do...i had planned on using the pics for our STDs and our table #s.
i can probably pick one for the STD, but would it be weird to use a pic of us in a distance rather than a closeup?
the table #s i will have to scratch bc i dont like enough pics to do even half the # of tables we will have. maybe we will do something penn state related since thats where we met or use our puppy...ill figure it out.
i wanna cry right now
EDITED: Ok i wasn't going to post these bc i really am not crazy about how i look in them, but i guess i wanna see what you ladies think and if you think theres one i can use for my STD.
Sorry to hear that - maybe you can get them redone - was it a free service or did you have to pay??

I like a lot of them! I think the last few shots - the ones of you guys by the lake in the park, with the Dakota in the background are really REALLY nice. Like, WOW nice.

Ok, I am going to be so honest:
YOU LOOK AWESOME! These pics are really great, esp the black and whites. The black/whites look so classy and refined, and i think they really are gorgeous.
Don't be so hard on yourself. You hair looks good, you and FH have such aura and you both look genuinely in love. AND YOU ARE NOT FAT AT ALL. The outfit you have on is adorable. And I really like the shoes lol.
I think you look fantastic and that you shouldn't really be upset. If anything, use the black and whites for the table numbers. I really like how they came out...

I think your pictures came out fantastic! I think as women we're all a bit critical of ourselves when it comes to photos of ourselves but you have plenty of great shots you can use for the table numbers!

For your STDs
I LOVE # 19 by the fence and trees # 23 in the tunnel # 39 or 41 by the lake They will look awesome as STDs
I also really love #32 and #43!!
Also, i think for your table numbers pick the photos you like the best (closeup or not) ...if you dont have enough use some of your own favorite photos

I really like a lot of them!!!! Someone walked by so I had to click off but Ill look back later and get the numbers that I liked most. But again, I thought there was definately enough to choose from,
I do understand though how hard it is to like your pictures just because other people do. I am usually in absolute disbelief when someone actually likes a picture or doesnt think I look fat in a pic when I sooo do. Its tough but imo, you look beautiful!

I am so excited to honestly post that I think they came out awesome!!!! I know we're all harder on ourselves so I'm guessing that's why you feel differently. But I loved at least 2 close ups if not more for the std. Loved one of the first ones where you're almost kissing, then the one where you're hugging in front of the castle in the park by the lake. All beautiful, I so genuinely mean this, especially the ones at the park!

most of the pix are awesome. I really expected some kind of train wreck from ur description, but #'s 31, 35 and 44 are amazing. and most of them are very pretty and natural. I really dont know why u think they didnt come out well. but I know the feeling: if u dont feel, knowing urself, good about how u came out it doesnt matter what others think. But IMHO I really liked them.
PS - I remember u mentioned ur outfit when I was picking out mine, and I gotta say that I love it. went well especially with the weather.

I guess I am being harder on myself than i should. I think I just had all these high expectations bc i see everyone's e-pics and they look perfect. But i am sure they are saying the same things about their pics as well.

i think you are being really hard on yourself - there are some great pics in there! i would try calling Duet and working with them on this. Eric seems to be really understanding and concerned with keeping his clients happy.
