I was previously engaged and when we called the wedding off I called the place where I got my dress. I was told that If I did not pay the rest of the dress or pick it up by the time of wedding date they would take me to court. Good Luck!

I went to Macys and on the contract it didnt say anything regaurding having to pay them the rest

$600 so if it doesnt work out I will try to make payment arrangements and try to sell it

Of course you can always try and sell it on EBAY. That is what I ended up doing with my dress and I actually got more $ then I actually paid for it.

Yeah I pd 800 for the dress and I got 900 for it.

Maybe if you pretend the wedding was called off by FH and act really upset they'll feel bad and not give you a hard time?

Although if there's nothing in the contract about being forced to pay if you don't pick it up, could they really take you to court? Well, I guess they could, but could they win?
