I know this is ridiculous but please help...(slightly long)

I need help, and I can't ask any of my loved ones anymore because they might start to throw things at me. I'm designing my invitations and having them letterpressed and it has taken over my life and my brain. My favorite designs are below.

Here's the questions, first of all, which one do you like better? In both cases the typeface will be Navy Blue and the ornament/decorative element will be printed in silver.

Secondly, my gown is ivory, and my table linens are ivory, if I choose a white paper (not bright white, but white all the same) for my menus, which will be tucket into pocketfold napkins, will the white paper look bad??? Does it have to be ivory to work? If I changed to white linens would it clash with my dress? I just can't decide and I've literally become immobilized by this ridiculous decision. I've seriously been pondering this for like three days now, please help me stop myself.

Don't stress yourself out over something your guests probalby wouldn't even notice... think about it... if you're having the reception in the evening, the room will be dimmed so you won't even notice the difference in your dress, the linens, and the menus.

I KNOW this is so stupid, but it's like the rational side of my brain has decided to go on vacation...thanks for the input and help :) I know I need to chill out...

i voted for the corner design, but i think the corner design is more elegant and the other is more fun or less formal. depends what look you are going for.

it's also hard to picture the corner design in silver. i really like it in black!

OMG they are beautiful, and I envy you, i would have loved LETTERPRESS!!! Tooo $$$$$ for us, we were way over budget on invites even without that!!! Good for you.
I second the corner design, it is so elegant and will look fantastic in silver.

Also, regarding the menu/pocketfold white/ivory issue... I guarantee you, they WILL NOT CLASH. Remember, the reception will have low lighting, not flourescent overhead bulbs!!! No one and i mean NO ONE will be able to tell they are white vs. ivory. And NOTHING clashes with the bride's dress, that's a law... Seriously, it will be gorgeous.

Relax and get on to your next task!!!

Second..I was freaking about my dress and BM dresses being different fabrics and the people at the bridal store told me to relax...no one is going to look at stuff like that. we're the only psychos who think of these things apparently. I doubt anyone would notice if the table linens matched your dress. Just enjoy your day!! I'm sure it will all look beautiful.

I swear it's like some part of our brain goes haywire once we get a ring on our finger. I am normally a very rational girl who has a job, a life, and talks about things OTHER THAN TABLE LINENS and 100% COTTON LETTERPRESS PAPER. Sigh.

The sanity will come back eventually.

I like the corner design better. As far as the table linens.... I wore an ivory dress and I had white table linens. Nobody noticed and it actually looked fine. I didn't do menus but I did have table numbers and they were done with ivory cardstock. Believe me.... all the stuff you are worrying about don't... you will probably be the only person who actually notices the small tiny details.
