MY FMIL KEEPS COMPLAINING THAT WE ARE HAVING A JANUARY WEDDING SHE THINKS THAT IT IS RUDE BECAUSE IT IS RIGHT AFTER THE HOLIDAYS PEOPLE WONT HAVE THE $$$$$$$$,IT IS COLD, & THAT IS WHEN HER & FFIL GO TO THEIR CONDO IN FLA,WELL EXCUSE ME IT IS IN MY BUDGET TO HAVE A JANUARY WEDDING AND IT ALSO IS THE MONTH OF MY DECEASED MOTHERS BIRTHDAY WE ALSO LIKE THE WINTER.SO LADIES DO YOU THINK WE ARE CRAZY FOR THE JANUARY WEDDING?IT REALLY HAS A LOT OF MEANING TO ME!
Go for it girl- do what you want.. I'm getting married 1/31... I wanted to have the wedding where I wanted to have it... and if we didn't have it in January- we wouldn't have been able to do the Carlyle. If people love you, which they do, they'll come whether it's in January or June.
It is YOUR wedding and you must do what is best for the both of YOU...not anyone else!!
