I need help with RH

I need help with RH

Hi ladies... I'm new and I'm dying for your help.
I really like the swan club and looking for an October date. The sun sets around 6 in October. Do you think it's too dark and chilly to have cocktail hour outside? Should I move it to September? Has anyone been there in October? Thanks!:

Swan Club is a beauitful place but, who know with this weather now a days. To be on the safe side I say Septemeber.

Do you even know if you can have CH outside or is this what they already told you you would have?

If it is outdoors in Oct, I know they def can enclose the patio area, but not sure if there are heaters in there... I would think there would have to be

I am getting married outside at RH and having cocktail hour outside (weather permitting) and out ceremony starts at 5:30....our ceremony will only be 10 minutes bit I think it will be fine...my RH has those heaters so if it is chilly hopefully that will cover that.... and we are right on the water so I am sure those babies will be on.

First just want to say welcome and congrats

I was just talking to FH last night about the weather in Oct. We are both more fall and winter people so we think it will be fine to have CH outside. We are also planning on the cermony being out doors. Unfortuantely there is always the chance of rain or bad weather but I'm hoping for the best!!!

Hi ladies, Thanks for all your feedback!
I called the swan club, they're holding October 17th for me. I've also asked for some September dates and they're already booked for saturday evening. The only one left is Sept 5th which is good and Aug 29th which is labor day weekend. Should just take Sept 5th?? My FH thinks October is fine, my mother thinks Sept is better. I don't know why I can't just pick one??

I did envision a fall wedding. Sept 5th is not quite fall yet... aaargh. Help!

you can get some pretty chilly days in october...think of the poor girls in strapless dresses. If you have your heart set on an outside cocktail, i'd say early september. plus if it's dark already you'll lose your view, which I would imagine is why you want to have ch outside, i hear the place is breathtaking!
