I'm having a small wedding of about 100 pple...I want a place that only does one wedding at a time, & I want to have the ceremony there as well.
Annnnnd I need a place that has a nice bridal suite b/c I want to get ready there and have pictures taken there while I do...
here's the major issue.
Most of the places I've looked at had the bridal suite on the second floor and there were a ton of steps to get to it. (no elevators) * The Metropolitan, George Washington Manor, Strathmore Vanderbuilt, Stewart Manor CC.
That's a problem for me since I had a major car accident 6 years ago and 47 surgeries later -its super hard for me to walk up stairs. I usually use a cane but I refuse to use one on my wedding day. (I know-its ridiculous, but I'm stubborn) So I need to find a place that can match all that criteria, that affordable too, of course.
Would anyone know of any places that might work out for me?

My place has elevators because its a hotel...and its on the beach. And we're only having 120.
Dunno where the bridal suite is, because its not complete yet but...the elevators should solve your problem.

What about Giorgios or sans succi. I know its 1 wedding at a time and can accomodate your guest list. Not sure about where bridal suite is located but dont think there is another floor
other places that also do one wedding at a time
North ritz club-although not sure what their minimum would be, might be higher

again not sure about where the bridal suites are though thats the only thing.

Sans Souci is a 125 minimum and the bridal suite is on the second floor.

100 min bridal suite is on the 1st floor (its a library) they have a ramp you can go up if you cannot walk up stairs.
and their prices start at $95 a head. There is a site fee which is paid to the college.

Try The Royalton where we're getting married...It fits all your criteria! The bridal suite is gorgeous and it's elevator accessible!

Flowerfield is amazing... beautiful places for a ceremony, Bridal suite and grooms suite are on the only floor, and are huge and georgeous... Check them out I really loved that wedding I went to.

I would love to...I love that place!!
But my friend who just got engaged in August is having her wedding there in March (after only knowing the guy for 3 months mind you, but that a another story...I can't even get into -lol) anyway, I'm in the wedding party so I have to be nice...She just happened to find the place first and book it before me.
I think if I got married there too she would be really weird about it plus I want to have my own thing b/c I'm sure all of our other friends would gossip and say how rude and unoriginal I was to book the same place.

I only guaranteed 100 people at Majestic Gardens- The bridal suite and everything is downstairs (there is no upstairs) and it's one wedding at a time.

You must check out the Sans Souci in Sea Cliff, they can do 100 people. It has a beautiful ocean view they food is outstanding and they only have one wedding at a time. They also have a large and cozy bridal suite with private bathroom upstairs.

I got married at Fox Hollow, so I can only comment on them. I got ready at The Inn next door. They have elevators. We got married at the hall and had our reception there. There was, however, more than one event going on. The room we used was the Winter garden Pavillion. I believe they allow smaller weddings in there. We had 140 the day of.

Hey - the HArbor Club in Huntington has 1 wedding at a time. The bridal suite is upstairs, but they also have an Elevator :)

Try The Woodlands, it's beautiful. I felt the same way you do. I wanted a place that only does one wedding at a time. Everything is on the same floor. Good luck!

we got married at the Old Field Club and it meets everything you said- perfect for smaller weddings, ceremony on site (on deck or grass- its on the water), one wedding at at time, bridal suite, and on top of that i have major problems w/ stairs too and it was perfect for me there. All one floor, ramp entrance and everything.
