I'm new here and I booked a trial with Calista Brides, am I a fake?

My wedding is in July and I usually go on the knot, until I heard about this website from another knottie. I read some of the replies from girls that claimed LI newbie, Clarissa was 'fake'. I think it's ridiculous. Who the hell cares what anyones first post is about? I don't even know any of you and I'm here trying to figure out why such energy would be wasted. Trust me we get crap on the knot too, loads of it. Especially from vendors that are so obvious and they usually don't have a bio or anything, and they are real quick to respond to hair and makeup advice posts. Like there is this chick, jrsbabe and she's always pushing this unknown makeup person, well in jrsbabe bio it said that she is a freelance hairstylist and makeup artist, I thought that was funky and called her on it, then she changed her bio!! Then there's this other fake 'bride' and she's always pushing Bessie, it's so obvious she's this Bessie person! Anyway, I just think it's all nuts, besides there are quite a few girls using Calista Brides and they all seem happy with her which is why I booked a trial with her too. We will see how it goes though. P.S. is anyone having their manicure & pedicures the same day or day before? I'm not sure what to do.

All I can say is Jen and all the other girls on this board are so wonderful....

I can't understand why anyone would take notice to how many posts someone makes.. What is the difference? I mean she is one of the most helpful people on this board...

I am trying to be good but my patience is THIN with all of this nonsense!!!!!

We seem to have a 'crasher' every few weeks or so.

As a personal note, Jennbaby is one of my favorites...so I take personal offense to anyone criticizing her helpfulness.

Well, I went on the vendors helping brides section earlier today and I found no help at all. Everyone is just advertising too hard. As far as claims that me and JD are the same person I think it's a strong claim and I suggest that kind of slander be checked at the door. I've been on here before when I was first engaged and the one time that I post I was attacked because I wrote about my hair trial. Although some girls apologized for jumping the gun I still feel some type of way, because then I'm seeing all these others comments with regards to JD! I don't know anyone on here from a can of paint, and to make that claim is absurd. JD- wussup? I'm glad to know that you also booked with Cali, she was very nice and I'm sure you'll like the results, let me know what happens!
