I can't believe it, I DELETED my excel spreadsheet that has EVERYTHING ON IT!!! My Checklist with notes, my contact list, EVERYTHING! I'm so UPSET!!

Does anyone know if there is a way to search my hard drive for a 'hidden' file, if that even exists???

how cool are you with the IT people at your job.

I had a folder on my work computer that had a lot of confidential info in it and I accidently deleted it. I lost it all together, but the way the network was hooked up the IT people had a back up and was able to email it to me and save it to a temp file that I had to resave onto my own hard drive.

maybe you can give your tech support people a call and see if they have a linkage where they have a back up of your file

I don't know anyone in the IT department at my job HOWEVER, you just gave me an idea!!! If Suzanne's method doesn't work, I will see if I can find it in a temp file on my work computer!! YEAH, I think that might work!! Thanks Chip!

Niecey e-mailed me a few links for programs to help me TRY and retrieve them! I will try them at home and see what I can do!
