Both mine and FH fathers have passed away. Is it inappropriate to have 'Together with our parents' on our invitation? If so anyone have any wording suggestions?

Re: Invitation wording
Nothing wrong with that. It would be 'together with their parents'. I don't think we are including that parent line at all. We might just put 'Jessica & Brett request the pleasure of your company'. FH has two sets of parents, I have one which may or may not be separated by the time the wedding comes.

i don't think it's inappropriate it all...and i think putting 'together with their parents' is easier than spelling out individual names, especially in this case. JMO though.

Thanks girls. I've scene a lot where they say the Late XXX and I really dont want that. neither of us want to be reminded of that whenever we look at our invites.
I think i'm going to keep together with their parents

Re: Invitation wording
i have two sets of parents so i think its totally appropriate to generalize the statement of 'together with our parents'. and both dads will be there in spirit so you know that he will be included in the day

Re: Invitation wording
I've seen that done before and it's not weird.
If you want to have all of the names (including your deceased parents) you could write:
