Invitations

My wedding is April 20th 07. Do you think sending invites on Feb 1 is too soon?? I have seen a couple post with brides who are already sending them out but I don't want to send them too soon.

You don't really need to mail them until February 20th (approx 8 weeks before the wedding date).

Did you send Save the Dates out?

I think that is perfect timing because that give people enough time to rsvp you and those who don't you can contact them.

Save the dates were sent a year from the date. So most of the ppl invited already know but I have a lot of ppl coming from out of town.

I don't think that's too early... we plan on sending ours out 3 months before the wedding date, with an RSVP date of 1 month before the wedding.

I'm sending mine out February 17th for a March 23rd RSVP date.

Its really up to you ... since you already told most of your guests, many of them may have even made hotel & flight arrangements ...

But if you'd feel better sending them earlier, then February 1st is ok .... I wouldn't suggest sending them earlier than that.
