Invitations

Invitations

We decided to basically do it ourselves so I bought an invitation kit from AC Moore. So far i only bought 1 set of 25. I'm debating if I should go once a week the next few weeks so I can buy 3 more with coupons.

I've heard it's relatively simple so i'm keeping my fingers cross. Unfortunately we still need to buy a new printer to do this so that only adds to the cost.

Anyone have any experience with the Wilton sets?

Re: Invitations

I used those for my e-party invites...Actually the same exact ones. They are very pretty.

They are very simple as well to print out. Just make sure you have a few extra to practice with since I had to print the first good copy like 5 different times because it wasnt lining up properly.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I'm having a hard time figuring it all out. I don't need to print them out for a while and don't want to have sitting around the apartment since they'll only end up getting dirty. But I know I should probably try it before buying more. Unfortunately as I said, I don't have a good printer. I think its better if I do them all in one shot so i don't have to worry about them lining up????

I'm afraid if I buy all of them now i'll have a problem but i'm afraid if I don't buy them, I might not be able to find them in 4 months when I need em.

Does that make sense?

I would buy them! If it doesn't work out with the first bunch, you can always return the rest.

I love the bow!

It's funny because I HATE bows and frills yet when I saw them I thought they would be perfect. I'm going to ask FH to go to AC Moore tonight and pick up another set. Since they are really close to my apt I don't mind making 4 trips total to pick them up since I'm saving sooo much money by doing it.

Thank g-d for coupons!!!!

I love them and I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out....I would buy whatever you need, and if you still can't get it right, just return what you didn't use!!!

I agree on this - you can always bring them back if you don't like/need them - but if they don't have them anymore - there's no way to get them...

Buy now...
