Re: invite $ question
i just bought all the paper for my invites and am DIYing them...well I spent $120 on the paper for making the pocketfold and inserts
and I spent another $80 on envelopes
so right now total of $200!!!
and with stamps probably another $100 and I need to buy some ribbon. So if I can do it all for under $350 I am a happy girl. But I dont know if you want to make them yourself? I looked nad looked and didnt find any invites i loved so i said screw it and am making them!!!
good luck though nicole!

Re: invite $ question
I got a pretty basic invite. i bought 100 of them, with just rsvp cards, no reception card needed. Our address printed on the RSVP envelope and our address on the outside of the main envelope. We printed the addresses ourselves to save some money.
7.64 cents for each invite.
They are very pretty, but i dont love them. And many people like them but some said they were shocked i didnt go all out.
The ones i wanted would of cost me at least 3 grand and i couldnt spend that on invites

Mine were $512 for 125 invites- I got them from Evenstar Paperie- she designed them for me and was amazing- she really worked with my budget & is hand making them- I dont love that they are flat printed but oh well!

$4.25 each for invite, RSVP card with addressed envelope, RH direction card and hotel reservation card. An additional $25 to have all the outside envelopes addressed and my return address put on it.

Re: invite $ question
I actually was looking at the invites last night. I am getting them through my photographer. I am not sure what the price is, I need to email him today. He had said something about getting them at 50% off cause he is my photographer. So I am not sure if it the price in the books he gave me to look at or 1/2 that price. The average per 100 invites was about $130-$160. That didn't include everything else that is needed. We are getting the ones for $130/100 and 25 addl for another $30 or so, then the response cards, color lining costs..etc. Probably around $250 for 125.

Re: invite $ question
I didnt go too crazy on mine but now I wished I shopped around.
$471 for 150 at Party City. They are ivory and have a pearl border and a shear wrap that goes around. Did not need reception card. They are definitely elegant...but just felt I rushed the process a bit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also...price included return address on outer envelope and qwik seal option.

i just came home from the doctor a few mins ago hahahaha. It depends, i know one 07 bride it cost her $2 to send out each invite but she had this book like cardstock on the bottom and then about 3-layers on top of that. Mine cost me $1.64 to mail out each box
