So...the topic of the day is Randy making fun of people who live in Mastic/Shirley area. He called them all white trash. Granted, I grew up in Mastic Beach. I went to William Floyd, and even I would NEVER move back to mastic beach/shirley area. I know my granfather still lives in Mastic and has a beautiful home on a nice block. My in-laws live in Shirley and have the best block in the world with great neighbors. Like every town, there is the good and the bad, look at Brentwood, Belport, etc.
Its just funny that he was joking and it has spun into this huge controvery. Is anyone else listening? I stream WBLI live from the internet in my office.

I am pretty sure that it is only in suffolk and eastern nassau county.
haha. that would be why I never heard of it..... Thanks for clearing that up, I don't feel so confused now.

I couldn't believe that when I heard that this morning! The woman who he said it to even called and said she knew he was kidding and everyone else made it worse by getting so upset!
