Ok i know i have a long ways to go before I have to do this but I had a melt down this morning about having to do seating charts!!!!

The very thought of it makes me want to vomit!!!

i cant even think about it, i dont even wanna knowwwww what kind of issues/drama/confusion this is going to bring up and how difficult it is going to be seat everyone!!!!

i hate the whole prospect of having to do it!!! i try NOT to think about it at ALL!! lol

funny you bring that up because i was talking to John about this the other day. we were actually out to eat somewhere and he started writing on the napkins drawing up our BP tables lol

Yes people do say it is the worst part of planning - i can picture a lot of fights over this.

FH mom hasnt seen anyone since his parents got divorced and his stepdad already told us he wants to sit by the door a lot of people don't speak to this one and they are brothers and sisters!!!!

we have the same problem, FH's mom isn't exactly the nicest person and doesn't get along with his father and stepmother.....seating charts are so much harder when divorced families are involved

lol ... were you watching bridezilla's yesterday?? they were fighting and screaming at eachother over the seating .. CRAZY! Not looking forward to it myself.

we decided that nobody has a say, we will just put people where we want!!

I think I may be the only one who enjoys this!
You girls can probably do this too if you had an engagement party - basically I am going to take the engagement seating chart I had and expand it to include all the extras. I did FH side also and then gave it to FMIL to manipulate. At least she had a template to go off of.

My philosophy: just seat people with whom you feel they would like to be seated. If it's not PERFECT?? TOUGHHH!!! It is YOUR wedding and it will all fall into place on that night. Guests will enjoy your beautiful wedding no matter what.

I think this is the hardest task to do when it comes to your wedding...
You want everyone to be comfortable with their tablemates and not have any confliction.
Get the most help from family and friends on this one.
