These days it's ok to do anything anytime...it's your choice...you're the bride and it's your day!!! I'm sure it will look beautiful!!!

YES! My bridesmaids wore claret three weeks ago, which was a rich color as well! It looked great!

I think so - my girls are wearing Amythyst (a very deep purple) for my June wedding. Do what you like. I was told by many that there really are no longer 'rules' you have to follow as far as color.

my girls are wearing claret in august. people said it was too dark for august, but that color looks good on everyone. my girls range from really light skinned to really dark south american skinned, and that color looks great on all of them! i love that color, so that is what they are wearing!

Definitely. I'd say you could do it anytime, but if you're worried about being seasonally correct-April is still cool enough for dark colors!
