I bought my invitations at Wal-Mart. I was there last night with my FH because he wanted to make T-Shirts for his best MEN (he couldn't decide) and I stumbled upon this huge pile of wedding clearance stuff. Some of it was pretty crummy but I saw these invitations. Granted they are the kind you have to print yourself but a little hard work never hurt anybody. They are white with a raised pearly white border. The border is flowers and hearts. Its a pack of 40 invites and envelopes and 40 reply cards and envelopes...The box was only 11 bucks so we bought 3 just in case, (we plan on having 150 people and inviting like 170). I am hoping they come out well but if not it was only 33 bucks. right? Have you guys had good experiences with printing your own invites. I haven't looked if there is directions or not. If anyone has any tips or comments, let me have it.
Oh by the way in case anyone is interested, the Walmart is in Centereach.

It's a great idea, and the more I look and invite prices, the more I think about doing it myself! They sell them right downstairs in my condo at the FedEx Kinko's, and they have some GORGEOUS sets!

No, not at all! I printed my own e-party invites...It took me about a half an hour once I had the printer on the right setting. They came out awesome. The best advice I can give you is take your time and make sure the printer is on the proper setting (if this applies to your printer).

Not terrible at all, for that price you can't go wrong. Who doesn't love a good bargain!! Plus its not like the words' puchased at Walmart, on Sale' will be printed on them. No one will know and I'm sure they will look great!! Great find!
