Is it true-do you really cry?

Did you really cry when you found your dress? Or did your mom? If that hasn't happened, do you think you should keep looking?

I became completely GIDDY first- laughing playing around , twirling

then the tears started. I swore I wouldnt cry but when that moment hits,I think its inevitable

I cried...it was a great moment and couldn't help but shed a few tears...my mom was just as bad.

Same here! I will go back with my mom, I went with a friend and her daughter, her daughter kept saying 'She looks like a princess'.

I cry at a piece of a dust on the floor. Nope, didn't cry a drop when I found the dress.

I didn't cry. My mother would have cried had she been there, I'm sure. One of my friends who I took shopping a few times cried like every time I tried on anything remotely nice. She hasn't seen me in the one I picked yet, but she's coming with me in two weeks when it comes in and I know she'll well up then.
If you put on a dress and love the way it looks and feels and when you look in the mirror you see a bride and you don't want to take it off, that's your dress.

I got all mushy with tears in my eyes but I didn't cry...my FMIL went with me and she didn't cry but she got a little mushy too...there was another bride there trying on dresses with her sister and mother and they couldn't stop gushing over how great i looked...and when i brought my best-friend/MOH in she cried about a river full of tears ...it was a very emotional moment for her

I am not a crier in the least. I didn't cry but still knew it was the dress. My sister did the same thing

I knew it was the one when I put it on but I only started crying when they put the veil on my head!

i didnt cry and neither did my mom or fml. fmil hates my dress (i love how she doesn't mind telling me that). my mom says she likes it, but she definitely did not show that in her reaction. i love it and so does my moh/sister and i am happy with that. not everyone cries. ~lacey
