I am not too big on surprises. Is everyone's shower gonig to be a surprise? What is your opinion on this? I am gonig to be having two as my fiance's family is from out of town so I will know about the out of town one. thanks

Mine is not going to be a surprise. I really don't think I've been to a shower where it was a total surprise for the bride. Plus, I just know I would figure it out.
I told my mom and sister...I will give you the guest list and that is it! I don't want to be involved in any other way. Just tell me when and where to show up!

i love surprises and no one ever surprises me! well, there was one time in college that they surprised me, but that's it!!! I so want to be shocked when i walk in! i can't wait!!! FH told me yesterday that his parents already know what they're going to get me, so now i'm all in the mood for a shower.....even though i know i have months and months to go!! the suspense KILLS me!!

My shower .. Should I say our shower will be next Oct.. I want a haloween based one.. and we are having it on a Sat night .. Jack and Jill and a DJ.. I am so not traditional at all . So it works...

Not a surprise. It is going to be a Jack and Jill Shower in early March. I can't wait! Then I might have one in NY (later in March), also not a surprise since they are trying to pick a weekend I can fly there

Yes mine will be a ssurprise...and i hate surprises! My sister is worse though...she keeps giving hints about it...'Oh it is going to be in a place you would NEVER expect'. Oh the favors are going to be soo diferent..SHE IS DRIVING ME CRAZY

I don't think so. My MOH is planning it and my mom lives in Houston so I will need to know when it is so I can prepare for my mom's arrival.
