And we have a definite front runner!

Does anyone have any feedback on Perceptions or creative concepts? I'm willing to share package prices!

What did you think of Proline? I have no clue about photography.

To be honest I was compltely unimpressed with Proline. Their work is good, but it's inconsistent. The shooting AND the printing are inconsistent. Some of it's great, some of it is blah. When you meet with them you meet with one of the owners, The guy I met with was NOT a photographer, so he couldn't even speak to me on the level that other photographers have. What I REALLY didn't like is that there are 12 photographers and it just goes by who is not booked yet for your date. He said I could come back and look at albums from all 12 and pick but that 95% of brides don't do that. He couldn't really answer my questions about why certain prints were better than others. I really didn't like the 12 photographers thing. he tried to say that all of the photographers are the same, and there's no lead and none are better than the others, but to me that just shows that they're trying to put forth a homogenized product from all 12 photographers, and first of all that's impossible because 12 photgraphers are going to shoot the same wedding twelve different ways, secondly, even trying is stifling the creativity of EVERY photographer.

I may be really picky. I take it back i AM really picky. I've been doing amateur photoraphy for several years on my own and taken courses in college, etc. I also worked in a portrait studio for what it's worth, so to me all of that REALLY bothered me.

To 95% of other people, they'd just see great work, and their work is a lot better than a lot of other palces out there. I specifically liked the way they lay out the magazine albums.

The video was on par with the 2 other video companies we've seen.

The prices were about the same, however they charged a bit more for extras than other places have charged.

You get all proofs and negs at the end, which is great, and I think tey include an engagement shoot in their studio, which I believe is in farmingdale.

If anyone wants pricing, let me know,,I have the sheets.
