Jericho Terrace and Floral Terrace

Hi,
I just wanted to thank everyone who has been giving me advice on various issues..I really appreciate it. Out of all the places my fiance and I looked at..I liked Floral Terrace and Jericho Terrace the most. Has anyone ever been to an affair at either one? I heard the food in Floral Terrace is suppossed to be great. I appreciate any input.

My cousin had her reception at Floral Terrace in Jan 00. It was wonderful - food and service were **** all the way.

Hi,
We are booked 4/2002 at Jericho Terrace. Overall we liked the whole package; the grounds, the rooms, the people who helped us. Especially what you get for your money. Compared to some of the other places we checked out, Jericho Terrace fit right with what we both envisioned our reception would be. I really wanted to do a tasting since I never had been there before, but they said they don't do that. But I'm not worried since I know people who have been to weddings there that raved about the service and food. On the other hand I have attended a wedding at the Floral Terrace and it was great. I do know that at Floral Terrace you would be the only wedding, where at Jericho Terrace there's a chance there will be another party on the same day. Hope this helps!

It's a tough call; I have been to weddings at both places and each time everything was great. I guess it all depends on which one gives you that 'feeling'.

The food at the Floral Terrace is far superior to the Jericho Terrace and you are the only bride in the building. They also have the largest bridal suite around. Their sitdown dinner is far superior than their cocktail hour which is great. If the prices are more expensive than Jericho Terrace you have a tough choice.

Which entrees did you go with?

I wasn't jumping to any conclusions. I was simply showing a comparison. Let's face it, just because a company has no filed complaints, doesn't mean there aren't any! Good Luck planning!

That's right; I forgot about the bridal suite at Floral Terrace; that was heaven when I was in my friend's wedding a couple of years ago. Very spacious!!

I had my wedding at Jericho Terrace and it was wonderful - food/service etc.
I have never been to floral terrace so I cannot comment -
the 'musician friend' I believe has made other negative comments about the Jericho Terrace before, and I can tell you first hand that it was an amazing wedding.

I have never been to Jericho Terrace but I was in a wedding last August at Floral Terrace and it was great. My only concern was the raised dance floor. When a lot of people were out dancing it felt like it was gonna cave in. Otherwise food, service and set up was excellent

Besides being very pretty..thats also what I liked about Floral Terrace was the raised dance floor. But I also like Jericho Terrace just as much. The prices were a little cheaper in jericho terrace but when I called Floral Terrace the other day the guy was willing to drop the ceremony fee if we booked there. So we will see.
