I am getting married on a Sat. night before sundown and just realized that no Rabbi that I have spoke to so far is going to be able to perform the ceremony. I am obviously not the most religious person on the block, but would like to get married by a Rabbi if I can.
If anyone can recommend someone

This may rub people the wrong way but one of the Ten Commandments is to Remember the Sabbath and Keep it Holy. I personally could not and would not get married until the sun went down. I am not Shomer Shabbos but I just couldnt do it.
I could not do it either. I felt like if i got married before Sabbath ended, then someone, somewhere would not consider the marriage to be valid. However, I've known people who were not concerned about whether they were getting married on Sabbath and it seems like they hold the majority opinion.
Oh, I just remembered that I did have one friend who had to change her wedding date b/c she mistakenly thought that her reform rabbi would come out on Sabbath. She had a great Sunday wedding!!!
I think that if you accommodate your rabbi, it all works out!!
