Jillian Michael 30 day shred workout!!

Original post by rahana316

Hey brides. I wanted to just give a quick rave about this DVD. It's really good and kicks a s s . I definetly think it was worth me spending $19.95 plus shipping for it online.

The DVD basically get you to lose fat as well as tone your entire body. You can seriously lose up to 10-15lbs in 30 days if you of course follow with a good diet.

It is a series of 3 workouts, each progressively harder using hand weights for a combo of strength and cardio. Each workout is only 20 minutes long and consists of 3- 3 mins strength, 3-2 mins cardio, 5 mins abs for 3 circuts.

I'm telling you - you only have to do this for 20mins a day for 30 days and you will see the difference. If any of you brides are looking to shed some pounds try this, and we can keep each other updated.

My coworker has been doing this consistently for 6 weeks, 5 days a week approximately. She's lost 3 inches in her tummy, 2 inches in her hips, I can't rember how much in her arms and legs, but I can definitely see the difference.

I'm going to order this as well.

She started doing it because her sister was doing it and losing inches all over the place, and now she is as well. She looks great!

Not sure but I am curious about this too! I do pretty intense workouts at the gym...plus I am more motivated at the gym!

How is everyone doing on it? I did it Sat, Sunday and Monday, and I think I am ready to move up a level. I figured a level a week. What is everyone else doing? It doesn't really say when to move up to the next level...

You finish level 1 when you can do it comfortably. I slacked off a bit but now I'm back on track.

Re: Jillian Michael 30 day shred workout!!

Is it TOO hard? I tried Billy Blanks once and couldn't keep up, I found it confusing. Is this like that? Also, I have tried the firm .... found that very difficult too. I was able to keep up with the instructions, but most of the time (I did it for a month or so) I stopped half way through because I was exhausted. 20 mins. doesn't sound bad though ....

Wonder if optimum has it on demand so I could try it?

I'll try to answer your question. I think it depends on what kind of shape you are in. I used to use the Firm, and didn't have any problems with it, but I was in better shape back then. I am getting back into shape now, and tried the SHRED, the day after the first workout I was sore but not immobile, so I decided to work out (at level 1) again the next day, and then again the next. I didn't use it last night, and feel as if I am already ready to move up a level. I'm not sore, and the third day I used it, I felt as if it was getting to easy.... I hope this helps....
