Just a thought for those who had their showers/e-party...
these happy times go by TOO FAST!!! Before you know it - you're saying your goodbyes. It's kind of scaring me for the wedding. We all put so much time and thought into our weddings. The time will go by just as fast!
I wonder if most brides feel after their honeymoon a little emotionally down - all the excitement through the year - and then in a couple of hours - gone! :(

you definately feel let down- but I was prepared for it- my DH is definately more let down than me since he didn't see it coming.

I know that planning everything and having it occupying my mind almost constantly and then being on the other side of it just seems so weird! I go into stores like Michaels and wander through the wedding isle and wish we could be planning it again!

my shower was almost 4 hours long. it didn't feel like it was that long, but it didn't go by in a flash either. when it was time to go, I was fine with it!
maybe it has something to do with the fact that I don't like being the center of attention

I am a little sad to not be planning. So I am throwing myself into making my home. We are having the siding done tommorow. Then We will start the basement this weekend and then I need to paint! It really all did go so fast. I just kept saying.. well that is it.. never gunna have a bridal shower again. (which is why I was really pissed when my FMIL and FSIL's were nasty to me during it... how dare you put a shadow on something I will NEVER have again)... sorry to go off on a tangent
It can be sad but just keep yourself occupied after the wedding. I was sad until I got my proofs. Then I had something else to plan.. my photo album!

I love the planning but it's only b/c I am anticipating the day when we are one!!! I can't wait until I can say 'my husband' and live with him each day forth!!! Sounds corny but it's very true!!!!!
