First off- CONGRATS!! and welcome aboard. Have your parents met yet? You may want to set up a meeting and decide if your going to have an engagement party first. After that, the most important things to book are Ceremony location, reception hall, photographer, DJ/Band, and Video. Good Luck!

We've been together for a really long time so our parents actually became great friends. I am very happy about that because you hear horror stories about inlaws not gettting along. My problem is that they get a long too well and are teaming up and planning out stuff together. I think this engagement is going to be longer than I thought, lol. I guess it's a small price to pay to marry the man of my dreams, lol
