I have decided that I need to start weight watchers again! I have tried everything lately and I have found that I am not consistent with any other program. I need to loose alot and I just have to do it this time!
Is there a weight watchers thread on here?
I will take any advice I can get!

I am in the same boat. Started on WW via a 'WW at Work' program back in Oct. 2008. I lost 15 lbs and now I tihnk I gained back about 10 lbs.
I need to seriously get on a WW program pronto!

Good luck with WW . Im personally working on my weight loss on my own and have lost 30lbs so far. If you think their program is best for you, go for it!
