Laura & Jenn - Yet another question on homestead.com
Sorry, but I have another question! I just bought a scanner, so I created an album and posted a few pictures. However, they`re slightly distorted when they fit to size in the album box. Does anyone know how this can be edited? I`ve searched around, but cannot find help there! Thanks

I think you need a photo editing program. Like Mr.Presto

The scanner came with a program, but strangely enough, the pictures looked fine there. It was when they fit to size in the smaller album (which I don`t think you can make bigger) it became distorted. I was hoping there was some way of editing it in homestead. I guess not?

Teri * I just thought of something
I used the photo element instead of the photo album element there is still some distortion but you can get different sizes. Hope that helps

Sorry I can''t be of much help. I didn''t put any photo albums on my website. I just added regular photos which are easily sized by clicking and dragging the corners.

That's easy
hold down the shift key while you are resizing it---so if you are clicking on the pic and pulling at the corners hold the shift key down Laura hope that helps

I spoke too soon..
...sorry, I`m back - I tried to use the shift key, and it didn`t work. It seems that you have no choice to change the photo, other than when I`m scanning it in. Which gets me mad, b/c I just bought a brand new scanner. I try and re-size the photo when I scan it in, but there`s no way to judge if it will look right on the website! Maybe I should give up and just start planning our wedding instead! :)
