me me me with 198 days to go. i still have to do alot
video(still debating if we want to have one) dresses for the girls ordering this month and i have to order mine i admit i am a slacker at this one!!!! dont yell i know already...i know which one i want just have to leave a deposit. florist (i gotta move on this) Invitations i have to order them i picked them out already

BM dresses were chosen but will not be ordered til the end of the summer.
FG dresses
Anything groom related - like tuxes, rings etc - is not mine to plan or order. If FH doesn't do it, it becomes his issue - NOT mine.

I have the following left to do:
Hair (know who - just need to contact) Makeup (know who - just need to contact) boxes for favors parent's gifts some more bridal party gifts Rehearsal Dinner Groom related stuff
I think that is all I have left to do!!!

I am in...I really wish I was more organized, and had some time to get things done, all I have booked is the hall and photographer. I have picked a florist and DJ i think, I just need to sign contracts and leave deposits.
Still need:
1.Video 2.to order dress(picked it out though) 3.waiting for one bridesmaid to have baby this month, then she can order dress next month 4. Buy BM gifts 5. buy grooms gift(picked out) 6. invitations 7.my jewelry and shoes 8. favors(picked out) 9. get hotel for OOT guests 10.get OOT gift bags together 11. parents gifts 12. need to figure out hair and makeup
am I missing anything?

So the time is flying by and I still have much to do!
So far I have: Hall/Temple Rabbi Videographer Dress - but still need alterations Florist Make-up
still working on photography.
Want to get a lot more done by the end of the summer. Going to do hotels, invitations, bridesmaid dresses (although I know what I want), hair etc.

OH LORD! You guys are sooo much further ahead of me...Was wondering, did you get discounts on florists because its the winter? Which other vendors?
Things done: Booked venue Booked photographer Hotel room blocks Airline discounts Wedding website Registry
Things I've started: STDs - need to be stuffed and mailed! Narrowed down the video to 2 (Mark Heyman or Pennylane) Narrowed down the DJ to 3 (Johnny Stuart, Dina Regine or Duane Harriot) Narrowed down the Officiants to 2 (Renwick Jackson or Hilda Geico) Found a dressmaker and dress design - just have to order the dress Picked out invitiations and laid out wording on einvites - just have to order Started looking for ceremony musicians - picked out some of the songs for the ceremony though!
Everything else: Still have to research!
It's going to be a busy fall!

We got a discount on EVERYTHING because it was Feb!! There was not a single vendor that didn't acknowledge the fact that things are slower in Feb and that they can give us a bigger discount for that reason. Negotiate everything!

bumping!!! february girls whats going on. So what is next on your list.
I just ordered my invitations last week so now I'm moving on to hair. I also have to make my appointment for the engagement pics. A little late but I wanted my hair to grow and I love the fall.
I feel like I still have so much to do.

I did my hair and makeup trial about two weeks ago so Im set with that....now it is jsut staying sane for the next 5 months....ahhh 5 months!!!!!!!....
I need to go over specifics for my flowers... need to order a bus....
oh i got all my favor wrapping 'stuff' - actually I need a tag
I need shoes, possibly undergarments (not sure if I am going to keep the ones I have)...I need to come up with my something old, new, etc....i need to finish buying my bm's stuff(which is a whole other story - I'm not even sure who is in my bridal party - I had a couple in the bridal party - groomsmen has been friends with groom for 20 years(since they were 3) and he was going out with a girl for along long time, and we were all friends....so we asked the both of them to be in teh party....then they went on a 'break' and now she is seeing someone...ugh....and one of my groomsmen refuses to talk about it...people!!!!)
I guess I am just trying to get everything organized... Oh I also need to do programs and menus

I started looking at invitations, but have yet to make a decision. We also started looking at wedding bands. My dress is in and I have to make a fitting appointment. I still need a hair person. I need to do lots of little things like gifts for the BM's. Also need to finish registering.
Plenty to do and the time is flying by.
