okay so FH and I first met while working together at our local library so we thought it would be a cute idea to take engagement pictures in or around a library. I'm in the process of contacting the NYC public libary cause that is like my #1 choice cause there's so many great photo-op
I have a feeling through that it's going to fall through so I'm asking you girls if you know of any public library's or studies that we could take pictures at?
The one we actually met in is out cause it's small...kinda ugly...and I don't know the managers anymore so they probably wouldn't let us do it anyway

So I sent in my email of intent to the woman and she very quickly responded with the following:
Dear Lori, Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, having engagement and wedding photos taken either inside or outside the building, is something reserved for those people having their wedding receptions here. It is part of our bridal package. I am sorry we can't help. Best, Lis

well dont give up yet try colleges...BUt just in case maybe consider doing a shoot indoors and setting it up to look like a library, some book shelves and desks and some other things...Sorry, I know it's not exactly what you were thinking about but just trying to throw out other options

yea I'm not even close to giving up on it yet. I'll get pictures that are either in a library or look like they were taken in a library one way or another!
