I cant waitto try some of the WW recipes.
I an going to do Flex an if i dont lose, I will switc to Core.
Didnt we have a WW BOTW thread- what ever happend to it- we should bring it back
so awesome that FH joined with you! we had an AWESOME ww recipe tonight so i thought i'd pass it on....they were mini chicken pot pies and they were awesome. another thing i learned is that those freaking fantastic grands buttermilk biscuits are only 4 points each--so tomorrow i'm having one with soup for lunch! yum!

i'm an online user so i got the recipe off the website. i was able to go in and copy and paste it into word. i'll email it to you if you FM me your email addy. there is some prep work involved in the recipe but its sooo worth it in the end!
i'm lucky cuz my FH LOVES to cook, so, heck, i let him! if not, i'd probably go back to eating cereal for dinner.
i WISH i had a hard time using my points! i use all of them and sometimes even dip into flex. i have a ton of snacks during the day so that uses a lot of my points....

I have been on WW for years...I have lost 60lbs and went from a size 16 to a 6....even in a size 4 today! Check out the before and after pictures in my album.
I like WW because it is not a diet...I still eat all the foods I enjoy, I just have to account for everything I eat. Works for me! I love it and I am only 10lbs away from my goal weight!
WOW congrats!!! I can't believe the difference, good job!!! FH just bought us an excercise bike and I am riding on it for 45 min a day and also trying to do sit ups after. So far I've lost about 3-4 pounds!!!

wow you look fantastic!!!
I loved WW because I could still eat whatever I wanted... it was the drinking that killed my diet! I said on another post that i loved WW because it really teaches you about food, not jsut want you can and can not have...

I'm on weight watchers- well at least I was until before the holidays
My friend and I are re-starting on Saturday at Carle Place- anyone go there?
I used to go to that one, now I moved to Babylon and I go to the West Babylon one. I have lost almost 30lbs, but put 5 on over Christmas. I lost 2 this week! 10 lbs to go by my wedding!

Re: Living up to resolution ( Weight Watchers)
I know its not weight watchers.. but I am starting day 4 on South Beach.. and worked out this week.. weighed myself day 3 and I had lost 3 lbs already!!! Lets all keep each other motivated.. I woke up today and all I wanted was a bagel... I am cranky.. but its definately worth it.. we will all see results ASAP.. and just think about how 2008 will have the hottest brides every!!! (Even though we are already hot.. we will just be hotter!)
