Anyone have any ideas for low point breakfasts that are doable at work besides yogurt?
I usually have 2 cups of cereal and 1/2 cup skim milk, that is 7 points. Yogurt doesn't really fill me up and I eat breakfast at work everyday.
TIA

Re: Low Point Breakfasts?
I usually bring 'vitalicious' muffin tops to work to eat. They have a lot of fiber, so they tend to actually be pretty filling. I rotate flavors, some are better than others, but it's a matter of taste I guess. Write now I'm on a kick with the 'velvety chocolate' and a banana nut flavor. I order them online, I haven't seen them in a store. Someone at WW told me about them. Oh yeah, the tops are 1 pt each, I think the muffins are 2-3 pts depending on which 'flavor.'

Re: Low Point Breakfasts?
I usually combine the 90 calorie yogurt - I'm not sure who makes it right now (Axelrod?) and a half cup of go-lean crunch cereal, I think thats about 80 calories. So whats that - like 4 points? It is very filling and the cereal is full of fiber and protein. I'm not on WW - but sometimes I've been known to slice 1/2 a banana in there also.

Bacon-Egg-Cheese Sandwich - Total 5 pts Healthy Life Bread (2 slices) - 1pt 1 whole egg and 1 egg white - 2 pt 2 slices of canadian bacon - 1 pt 1 slice of 2% Kraft single - 1 pt
Instant oatmeal is good (especially now it's getting cold)

Also try Ekllogg's Nutri-Grain Muffin Bars (3 pts). They are kind of small but just enough to hold me over until lunch. The banana bars and cinnamon raisin bars are very yummy!!
