I just did my menu with RH and they told me $3-5pp for the MD, but they also said it does get split up with captains and the kitchen, etc

Prior to my wedding I was amazed at how much people tip the MD. The day of I realized why- he did EVERYTHING. he was so attentive and kept everything running on schedule. I forgot what we gave but I wish we gave more!
Also, like a previous poster mentioned they do usually split it with others.
I would bring extra cash in case you want to put more in his/her envelope. Our md was amazing!!
