make-up or airbrushing?

Original post by Espo22

Which one are you doing? I had thought i would definitely do airbrushing, but I saw Oksana's work and really liked it, so I wrote to her to book a trial, but I do hear she doesn't do airbrushing. From what i do know airbrushing lasts longer and feels lighter. Are there other pro's and cons?

And does anyone have pics to compare the two to point out the difference?

Can you get that shiny cheek look with airbrushing? I feel like (looking at Dana's pics - which are both GORRRGEOUS, by the way), that I like the regular make-up better because I like how her cheeks have that glow to them.

The airbrushed make-up looks more flat....do you know what I mean?

I am unsure of what to use. I rarely ever wear face make-up and when I got my makeup done for my eparty she only used blush. I guess for the wedding itself I will probably use some foundation but I don't know which type would be better for someone who doesn't normally wear makeup...

its not about not normally wearing make up, its about finding make up that goes best with your skin-type.

yeah, for some reason makeup never looks/feels right on my face, so I guess I'll have to check out both and see what I like best.

well definitely go to a make up artist with a good reputation, explain to them your thoughts on make up and what you believe it does to you...they should be able to hear you out and find a great solution

yeah I got a lot of compliments on my eparty makeup so I was thinking about just using the same woman, but I will probably do like ten trials anyway just to make sure lol

Re: make-up or airbrushing?

if you look at HelenZ she has two trials in her albums - the first one is traditional with Oksana and the second one is airbrushing with Mia.

I really prefer the traditional - but then like i said before i totally sweat oksana they are both beautiful though - Helen is a gorgeous even in her before shot so maybe i shouldnt go by that
