Full Mass.... and its only 15 mins longer then a ceremony.... Mass has communion and a ceremony does not.

We had a full Mass and it was really beautiful. FH had to make his confirmation and communion before we got married so it was very important to him that he received communion that day

no mass for us because we are having a deacon marry us. a mass is like 15-20 mins longer...the only difference is in a mass there is communion

I'm doing full mass. Like the other poster mentioned, you are already there so might as well.

My FSIL did not do a full mass out of respect for her husband's family. He is not very religious so he didn't care, but his family is Jewish and she wanted to respect that. I guess in such a situation I see not doing a full mass.

having a full mass.....paid much $$$$ to get annulled from the first loser I was married to...so want to get my $$$ worth

Re: Mass or no Mass

Since FH is Catholic but I am not I don't think we are allowed to have a full mass although I know FH does want one. Either way I wouldn't mind if we had one.
