I stayed at Harrah's and I will never go back. I usually stay at the Tropicana and we always have a great time but Harrah's was AWEFUL. I actually sent a LONG email to someone who is going to forward it to management!

Oh man lol... Bally's doesn't seem like much of a gem either. We usually stay at Trump properties.

I had a great experience at Harrah's in December. I hate when you get bad service and it ruins a trip though, and I can totally understand and empathize with how you feel now.

Sending a letter usually gets you a comped room or food voucher, so if you get it, pass it to me! lol JK

If I get anything comped I will pass it along. Because I do not think any of the 4 of us would ever go back! That is how bad it was

ahh Mara I'm sorry Harrah's such a bad experience...I usually stay at bally's but that's only because you can literally walk a block and there's the shopping outlets and it's on the boardwalk....

harrah's is a little out of the ways for me...but people usually rave about the pool....

i hope they try to fix the experience for you :(
